Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker — What It Is

TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still preferable to a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Two major platforms from the same login. Most brokers pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, automated trading, massive community. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural after using both.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That will make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

This is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get is strong. Few brokers at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

This is the detail that matters. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does inform your assessment.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before funding.
